Refunds & Returns
If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with your purchase please use the following guidelines.
- Please return your unwanted items to us within 25 days of purchase in the same condition as dispactched. Once received we will provide a full refund or exchange.
- If your item(s) is/are faulty, please inform email@example.com immediately.
- Postage will only be refunded if the item(s) is /are faulty.
- On the receipt of goods, your refund/exchange will be arranged providing that the goods are in resell-able condition.
- Refunds will be credited to original method of payment. Once the item(s) have been refunded you will receive a confirmation email. If the item(s) are being exchanged, they will be sent out to you within 7 working days.
