If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with your purchase please use the following guidelines.
1. Please return your unwanted items to us within 25 days of purchase in the same condition as dispactched. Once received we will provide a full refund or exchange.
2. If your item(s) is/are faulty, please inform email@example.com immediately.
3. Postage will only be refunded if the item(s) is /are faulty.
4. On the receipt of goods, your refund/exchange will be arranged providing that the goods are in resell-able condition.
5. Refunds will be credited to original method of payment. Once the item(s) have been refunded you will receive a confirmation email. If the item(s) are being exchanged, they will be sent out to you within 7 working days.
